When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. If your card is declined for any reason, Zebra Marketing will contact you. 

Will I receive a copy of a credit card receipt? A copy of the credit card receipt will be included with your shipment. It will be attached to the packing list. 

Can I use a debit card? As long as the debit card is issued by either Visa or Mastercard it works the same as a credit card. 

Can I personalize an item with my name or specific restaurant name? No, items are offered with the specified Ruby Tuesday logos only. 
 
Is all merchandise shown in the online store approved to be worn during shifts at the restaurant? All items in the "Work Approved" tab are optional approved apparel for Managers to wear in the restaurant during a shift. These items have been approved to wear, but are not mandatory for you to purchase. However, merchandise in the "Casual Wear" category is intended for personal use only. If you do wish to purchase from the brand store, you must do so using a personal credit or debit card. Should you have further question regarding approved apparel, please refer to the Dress and Appearance Policy located on RT Today. 

What are the guidelines for returning an item? If the item is damaged in any way or we shipped the wrong item due to size, color, or wrong gender, contact the phone number on the packing list and we will issue a call tag to have the item(s) picked-up. Upon inspection, we will then ship out a replacement item at no charge. If you by chance ordered the wrong item it will be your responsibility to return the item(s) with a signed note stating why it is wrong and a detailed description of the correct item. Note: please include the web order number or the purchase order number on the memo. At that time, we will inspect the items and re-ship them. There will be additional shipping charges applied. 

Can I return my order for a credit? All sales are final; however, if the reason of the return is stipulated as above, we will be happy to accommodate your request. 

How will I know if my order has shipped? Within 24 hours of shipping, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the date of shipment and the tracking number. 

What are my online payment options? If you do wish to purchase any item from the brand store, you must do so using a personal credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Upon shipping, within 24-48 hours you will receive an emailed copy of the invoice from Zebra Marketing. 

Can International locations place and receive orders? Yes, if you are in an overseas location and are interested in ordering, please contact Zebra Marketing for specific ordering/shipping information.
